Appointment-System for a Biometric passport / Children's passport / Temporary Passport / ID card

Helpful Information on how to book an appointment:

Important: If the website does not show any appointment slots, please understand that we are fully booked.

1.) Appointment bookings are free of charge. Please note that all applicants, including children, must attend the appointment at the Embassy in person.

2.) Enter the applicant’s details as per the passport data using the Latin alphabet only.

3.) Please make sure that your email address is working. A confirmation email with all necessary information will be sent automatically. This may take a few minutes. If necessary, please also check your spam folder. Please bring a print-out of the email to your appointment.

4.) You can choose an appointment that suits you within the appointments schedule on the next page. You have to select a day and a time slot.

5.) If you would like to apply for a passport and an ID card, please prepare 2 applications. However, we recommend that you apply for a passport and an ID card at different times and wait a few months in between your appointments. This way your travel documents will not expire at the same time.

6.) Please book 1 appointment per person, e.g. if 3 persons would like to apply for their documents, you have to book 3 appointments. Children will also need one appointment each.

7.) In order to avoid long waiting times for yourself and others, please ensure you arrive at the Embassy on time (if your appointment is e.g. from 8:45 to 9:15 am, please arrive by 8:45 am at the latest). Applicants who arrive more than 5 min after their appointed time cannot be admitted.
