Note on the taking of biometric data Applicants must appear at the visa section of the German Consulate Genral in Guangzhou for fingerprinting and fee payment in the week after submitting the documents to the APS in Beijing. Please pay attention to the following information ／预约注意事项:
- it is necessary to schedule an individual appointment for each applicant／每个申请人都必须单独在本系统进行预约。
- the e-mail address has to be valid and individual! A confirmation email with the details of your appointment will be sent to this address. A printout of this email has to be shown when entering the visasection for the interview／请输入本人正确有效的电子邮件地址！请注意，同一个邮箱地址不能进行多次预约！您将通过此邮件地址获得预约确认函。进入北京留德审核部面谈以及后续在广州总领事馆录指纹时均需出示该确认函的打印件，否则将不被允许进入。
- the confirmation e-mail will be sent within two hours.／ 最迟两小时内您会收到本馆发给您的确认邮件。
Please pay attention to the following information about the visa-procedure／申请签证注意事项:
- all necessary information and documents can be found in the leaflets on the website of the Consulate free of charge (in German and Chinese only)／
请浏览德国驻广州总领事馆官网 上公布的相关签证须知了解申请签证的前提条件.
- incomplete applications will not be accepted; in this case no visa fee has to be paid, but a new appointment has to be scheduled／
签证资料不完整的申请将不予受理，申请将被退回，无需缴纳签证费，申请人必须重新预约。
- all details concerning the applicant have to be filled in according to the passport of the applicant in Roman alphabet／
填写申请人的信息时只能使用英文字母，且须与其护照上的信息一致。
