Schengenvisa (Aufenthalt bis zu 90 Tage, Hauptreiseland: Belgien, Luxemburg, Malta, Niederlande, Schweiz oder Ungarn)

Zur Terminbuchung benötigen Sie:

  • persönliche Daten (u.a. Reisepassnummer)
  • eine gültige E-Mail Anschrift, die bis einschließlich der Terminwahrnehmung bestehen bleibt und auf die Sie persönlich Zugriff haben

 

Bitte beachten Sie:

  1. Geben Sie alle Angaben genau wie im Reisepass und in lateinischen Buchstaben ein.
  2. Vereinbaren Sie für jede/n Antragsteller*in einen eigenen Termin (Beispiel: 1 Person = 1 Termin / 3 Personen = 3 Termine / Eltern und 2 Kinder = 4 Termine)
  3. Sie dürfen einen Termin nur für einen Reisegrund buchen.

 

Sofern Ihr Hauptreiseziel in

· Belgien
· Luxemburg
· Malta
· die Niederlande
· die Schweiz
· Ungarn

liegt, können Sie sich auch an die entsprechende Botschaft/das entsprechende Generalkonsulat in Südafrika wenden, um dort ein Visum zu beantragen.

MAIN DESTINATION FRANCE:

As of 01.04.2025 the external service provider CAPAGO will collect visa applications for FRANCE. Those applications will be handled by the French Consulate General in Johannesburg. Please note that CAPAGO will charge a service fee as well as a courier fee for shipping the application and the passports to Johannesburg.

The appointments can be booked online on CAPAGO’s website (https://fr-na.capago.eu/). Their office is located at Regus Maerua Mall, 3rd floor, Windhoek. More information can be obtained directly from CAPAGO, either by calling their call center in South Africa (+27 872 310 313) or by mail (infofrance-na@capago.eu). All information about visas for France can be found at https://france-visas.gouv.fr/en/.

  

MAIN DESTINATION AUSTRIA:

As of 07.02.2025 the external service provider VFS Windhoek will collect visa applications for travelers with destination AUSTRIA. The applications will be handled by Austrian Embassy Pretoria. Please take note that VFS will charge a facilitation and courier fee for shipping the application to Pretoria. A minimum facilitation period of 15 days does apply.
