For all applications concerning children, you need to submit the documents according to this checklist.

For all applications concerning marriage or divorce, you need to submit the documents according to this checklist.

Please note that all documents need to be presented at the Embassy on the day of the appointment. In case you submit incomplete documentation, you need to book a new appointment.

 

The fees are as follows:

102,32 Euro for each recognition of paternity/declaration of consent/shared custody 

79,57 Euro for the name declaration

56,43 Euro for a registry of birth or registry of marriage without name declaration

22,92 Euro for the certification of copies

Fees for a declaration of inheritance in Germany can be asked for by email.

 

The amount has to be paid in GHS on the day of the application (cash).

To book an appointment you need your passport and an email address.

You will receive a booking confirmation via email once you successfully booked an appointment. Please bring a printout of your booking confirmation on the day of your appointment.
