Visa application for Re-Entry after loss of passport/proof of German residence permit.

The Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Accra is in this case only responsible for applicants holding the citizenship of GHANA, LIBERIA or SIERRA LEONE. 

To book an appointment you will need your passport and an email address.

You will receive a booking confirmation via email once you have successfully booked an appointment. Please bring a printout of your booking confirmation on the day of your appointment.

On the day of your appointment the Embassy will crosscheck the information you provided on the appointment booking system (name and passport number) with your passport. You will not be allowed to hand in your application if the information does not match.
