Certifications (e.g. acknowledgements of paternity, purchase of real estate) as well as the recording of declarations in family law matters (e.g. name declarations, applications for certification of birth/marriage/divorce in the German civil status register) require a careful examination of the facts and preparation of the certification/authentication documents. Please first contact the embassy by e-mail (konsular@addi.diplo.de) before making an appointment at the embassy.

Warning of utilization of false data: The German Embassy reserves the right to cancel appointments without substitution which have obviously been booked by using false or fictive data and to exclude the persons concerned from the further utilization of the booking system.
