Should you want to apply for a national visa for one of the following purposes, please register in this category:

-        longterm language course
-        internship
-        Landesaufnahmeprogramm (LAP)
-        Self-employment

Visas for all other purposes (except family reunion with refugee, except 16d AufenthG recognition of foreign qualification) are to be applied for through the Consular Services Portal of the Federal Foreign Office at www.digital.diplo.de

The embassy will delete all registrations in the wrong appointment category.

The registration is free of charge.

When registering please note:

• Please use latin letters only.
• Please make sure to insert your email address correctly. Otherwise, you will not receive a booking confirmation. Please also check your spam folder.
• All data has to be inserted correctly, the embassy will not amend your data. Registrations with incorrect/incomplete data will be deleted.
• Please register just once. Multiple registrations for the same applicant will be deleted by the embassy.

After successful registration you will receive two emails:

1. within 30 minutes a confirmation email including your registration number
2. once your appointment is assigned, a separate email stating the exact date and time of your appointment
