In order to make a declaration of name, register the birth of a child born outside Germany or make an entry in the German Register of Marriages, you may book an appointment here to have the applications and required documents notarised at the Embassy.

After the appointment for the registration/name declaration, you can apply for a (children's) passport and/or ID card without booking an extra appointment in the category "passport/ID card".
