Dear Sir or Madam,

On the next page, you can register on the waiting list for an appointment to apply for a German national visa.

After successful registration, you will shortly receive a confirmation email for your booking. Please check that you have received it (if necessary, also in your spam/junk folder; the settings should therefore not delete it immediately).

The message with the exact details of the appointment will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before the appointment. Please ensure that the email address you provided during registration is still valid until the appointment.

If you change your email address after registration, you will unfortunately have to cancel your existing entry and re-register.

Due to high demand, the waiting time for an appointment is currently at least 6 weeks.

- All entries must be made in Latin letters only.

- You must enter your data correctly and without errors, as admission to the visa office is only possible if your name and passport details match exactly.

- Please ensure that you enter your email address correctly, otherwise you will not receive a confirmation email about your registration and subsequently no notification about your appointment!

Please understand that due to the high workload, we are unable to respond to inquiries about your registration. All resources are needed to reduce waiting times.
