Arranging appointments:

Please note that for each consular service you need to book a separate appointment. Please do not book several appointments for the same service for yourself. Exception: If you need more than 10 certified copies please book one appointment per 10 copies.

Important notice: Please note that this appointment category is NOT for visa applications.

You can choose an appointment 4 weeks in advance. Earlier than that the booking is not possible. Please book an appointment that you are able to keep, otherwise you are blocking appointments for other visitors. The embassy reserves the right to cancel reservations, in cases of suspected multiple or abusive booking. 

Please check your email-address carefully when booking the appointment since you receive a confirmation email. You will need this to get access to the consular section or in case you want to cancel your appointment.
