Please book an appointment in this category, if you require a certification of your signature by a German authority for a document you intend to use in Germany. The Embassy cannot certificate your signature on a document you intend to use outside of Germany.

Examples for possible certification of signatures:

- declaration of consent (Genehmigungserklärung)

- power of attorney (NOT POSSIBLE: power of attorney for preparations/ registering a marriage in Germany, please use the appointment category "marriage in Germany")

Please read carefully all the information provided by the Embassy concerning the certification of signatures and the required documents here (only available in German and Thai language).

You cannot apply for a German police clearance certificate/ certificate of good conduct (Führungszeugnis) in this appointment category, please book an appointment in the category “certified copies”.

For all commercial register matters please use the official portal of the Federal Chamber of Notaries for online notary appointments via https://online.notar.de/en/. The Embassy does not offer services related to commercial register matters. 

 

Other consular services (such as certified copies or consular certificates) cannot be provided in this appointment category.

 

Please make sure to enter your correct and complete details.

Please also make sure to enter your correct email address as a confirmation will be send to the given address. You have to provide a print-out of this confirmation on the day of your appointment. Otherwise, access to the Embassy cannot be granted.

It will not be possible to correct your details or to change your email address after the registration is completed. You will have to cancel your appointment and book another one.

 

On the following page, you can choose any appointment that is available. You will have to choose a day and a time. Please note that earlier appointments than the given ones are not available and please refrain from such inquiries.

 

In order to avoid delays for you and others, please make sure to arrive at the Embassy on time for your appointment.
