In the following booking system, you will be able to book an appointment to apply for a new German passport (biometric passport, children's passport, temporary passport or travel document for German citizens to return to Germany) or a German ID. Please inform yourself about how to prepare for your appointment in terms of documents and fees. 

You can't book an appointment in this category, if this is your or your child's first German passport. Please contact us beforehand, we will give you an appointment for this via e-mail: rk-info-libanon@beir.diplo.de

German citizens residing in Syria are kindly asked to contact this e-mail address for an appointment: rk-info-syrien@beir.diplo.de 

When booking an appointment, please enter all data exactly as in the last German passport.

Please note that you need to book one appointment per person that wants to apply. That means that if you want to apply on the same day as your two children, you must book three appointments, entering the name of each person applying. Accompanying family members who do not wish to submit a passport application do not need a separate appointment.

Please note that applications or declarations in citizenship matters cannot be processed during a regular passport appointment. Please contact us via e-mail, preferably with your filled out application form. We will contact you suggesting an appointment and advice about your case. Entries with a non-German passport number will be cancelled.

The entered e-mail address must be valid and correct because that is how you receive the appointment confirmation. The phone number must be correct to allow us to contact you before your appointment. If you do not provide a correct phone number or put in a random number and we cannot reach you through it, we reserve our right to cancel your appointment.
