To apply for a visa, you need to book an appointment to which you have to appear in person at the embassy.

The appointment can only be booked online. Booking by email or phone is not possible. The demand for appointments is currently very high. New appointments are released regularly.

Please read the provided information under the following link carefully before proceeding to book an appointment.

You will receive a confirmation of your booking via the given mail address. If you did not receive such a confirmation, please, check your spam files.

 Please be aware, that visa applications booked in the wrong category or with a wrong passeport number cannot be accepted.

 

If you have a pre-approval according to the accelerated qualified professionals procedure (§ 81a AufenthG), please do not book an appointment, but contact us via email at rk-115-di@bruessel.diplo.de sending us the approval.
