For the certification that a photocopie is a true and correct photocopy of the original or any other consular certification you need an appointment, which you can book in this category. Appointments are free of charge and can also be booked by third parties.

However, if want to have your signature authenticated on a document (e.g. certificate of good conduct, renouncement of succession, power of attorney, declaration of approval, commercial register), please click on the "Return" link at the top and bottom left and select the category "Authentication of signature". If you book an appointment in the wrong category, you may be rejected, even if you had to travel long distances.

For pensioners that need a life certificate related to a German state pension are not required to book an appoinment but can visit us during our regular opening hours from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 13:30 to 15:00.
