Please only book here if you would like to apply for a certified copy, a german certificate of good conduct or  a certicate of life.

Unfortunately, we cannot process applications for which an appointment has been booked in the wrong category and you have to make a new appointment.

Please enter all information about the applicant in Latin letters as shown in the passport. Make sure that all data is entered completely and, above all, correctly. If you want to apply for several people at the same time, you have to book a new appointment.

The email address must be valid, because the appointment confirmation goes to the email address given when booking. This printed out email must be brought to the appointment, otherwise the appointment cannot be taken.

Please make sure that your email address remains until the appointment is taken. If your assigned appointment is lost because an email address that is not accessible to you has been given, the loss will be borne by you and you will have to register again.

Subsequent correction of information or changing the email address are not possible. In this case you would have to cancel the existing booking and make a new booking.

In the appointment overview, you can book a free appointment of your choice: You choose a day and a consultation time (e.g. 12:00 a.m. to 12:15 a.m.). Please understand that no appointments earlier than those shown here (also not by email or fax) can be arranged.

To avoid unnecessary waiting times for you and other visitors, please appear in the embassy 5 minutes before the start of the appointment.
