If you require any of the following services, please book an appointment under this category:

-Attestation of signature for

• police clearance certificate

-Consular attestations for

• NOC to get married in India (requires a German certificate of no impediment first)
• adress proof
• refund of VAT (requires explanation, why certificate of export was not issued by German customs and presentation of the goods at the date of appointment)
• life certificate for pension funds 
• border crossing certificate

Please note that a notarisation (as required for power of attorney regarding the buying or selling of property, acknowledment of paternity, certificate of inheritage and others) can not be booked through this appointment system but exclusively via email.

 

Also for the following services the appointment booking is only possible through mail 

• application to register the birth of a child abroad
• application to register a wedding abroad
• name declaration
