Dear Sir or Madam, 

After successful registration you will shortly receive a confirmation email about your registration on the waiting list. Please also check your spam folder. The exact date will be sent to you about 2-4 weeks before the appointment. Due to the recent establishment of the waiting list, the exact waiting times until the appointment cannot yet be specified. The Embassy strongly recommends to make good use of the waiting period by completing the application file. 

It is absolutely essential that you enter your data correctly and without errors, as entry into the visa office is only possible if the name and passport match exactly.

Please make sure that your e-mail-address is valid and in use until your appointment. If your e-mail address changes after you completed your registration, you will have to cancel your existing registration and create a new registration. 

Please understand that due to the high workload, we are unable to answer inquiries regarding your registration. All resources are needed to reduce waiting times.
