In order to book an appointment you require:

- personal data (name, date of birth, passport number, telephone number)

- a valid email address

 

Furthermore please pay attention to the following:

1. Please provide as detailed information as possible.

2. Please book one appointment per applicant/required service.

3. The Embassy will delete wrongly booked appointments (e.g. wrong category) at their own discretion.
