1.) Appointment bookings are free of charge. Please note that in general all applicants must attend the appointment at the Embassy in person.

2.) Enter the applicant’s details as per the passport data using the Latin alphabet only.

3.) Please make sure that your email address is working. A confirmation email with all necessary information will be sent automatically. This can take a few minutes. Please also check your spam folder if necessary. Please bring a print-out of the email to your appointment.

4.) You can choose an appointment that suits you within the appointments schedule on the next page. Please pick a day and a time slot.

5.) Please note that in the category for Consular matters you cannot apply for a visa or passport/ ID card.

The Embassy is not able to offer earlier appointments than the ones given on the appointment schedule (not even via telephone or email).

In order to avoid long waiting times for yourself and others, please ensure you arrive at the Embassy on time (if your appointment is from 09:00 to 09:20, please arrive by 09:00 am at the latest). Applicants who arrive more than 5 mins after their appointed time cannot be admitted.

Due to our limited space in the waiting room and considering the privacy of each customer, please note you can only be admitted 5 minutes prior to your booked appointment.
