Dear Sir or Madam,

on the next page you can register on the waiting list for appointments to apply for a visa for family reunification to German nationals, foreigners with a settlement permit (Niederlassungserlaubnis)/ work or study visa.

After successful registration you will shortly receive a confirmation e-mail regarding your booking. Please check their receipt (possibly also in the spam/junk folder, the setting should therefore not immediately destroy).

The message with the exact dates of the appointment will be sent to you approximately 4 weeks before the appointment. Please make sure that the e-mail address you provided during registration will be valid until the date of the appointment. If you change your e-mail address after registration, you will unfortunately have to cancel your existing entry and re-register.

- All entries must be made in Latin letters only.

- It is imperative that you enter your data correctly and without errors, as admission to the visa office is only possible if your name and passport match exactly.

- Your passport number must be entered with capital letters and numbers. You can find the passport number in the upper right corner of the biodata page of your passport.

- Be sure to enter your email address correctly (example: name@domain.com, no www in front of the email address!), otherwise you will not receive a confirmation email about the registration and subsequently a notification about the appointment)!

Please understand that inquiries about your registration cannot be answered due to the heavy workload. All resources are needed to reduce waiting times.
