Applications for German passports/ID-cards can only be submitted in person with an appointment. Appointments can only be booked online.

 

Each applicant requires one individual appointment, regardless of the age of the applicant.

 

Prior to booking the appointment please read the information about the application process carefully. You can find this information (list of requirements, application form) on our website.

Please fill in the application form completely and bring all relevant documents.

Only complete applications will be accepted.

 

Booking your appointment is quick, easy and free of charge. After booking the appointment, you will receive a confirmation by email. Please come in person to the embassy. Children must be accompanied by their legal guardians.

Important:

• Please book only 1 appointment per person 
• Entry to the Embassy is permitted 15 minutes prior to your booking 
• If you are late we will not be able to attend to you – we are asking for your understanding in the interest of all applicants
• If you do not receive a confirmation of your appointment booking please also check your emails junk folder

 

No appointment is required if you only wish to pick up your passport! After you have received the notification from the embassy that your new passport has arrived you can pick it up Monday, Tuesday, Thursday between 14:00 and 15:00 hrs.
