You may book an appointment in this category for a consular service, such as:
- authentication of signatures,
- application for a consular certificate,
- legalisation,
- application for a certificate of criminal record (police certificate),
- collection of documents and passports.
You are not sure whether you can book an appointment in this category, or you need an appointment for a matter such as:
- civil status matters (registration of births/marriages),
- notarial acts (e. g. recognition of paternity, sworn affidavits, inheritance certificate matters)

Quý vị có thể đặt lịch hẹn cho các hạng mục chứng giấy tờ lãnh sự như sau:
- chứng chữ ký
- xin giấy xác nhận lãnh sự
- hợp pháp hóa lãnh sự
- đặt đơn xin Lý lịch tư pháp
- đến nhận lại giấy tờ và hộ chiếu Đức
Trong trường hợp các hạng mục trên không phù hợp với yêu cầu của quý vị, hoặc quý vị cần một cuộc hẹn cho những trường hợp sau:
- Nộp đơn đăng ký Khai sinh Đức và Giấy Kết hôn Đức
- Xin các giấy tờ khác (như Giấy công nhận cha con, Tuyên thệ độc thân, các giấy tờ liên quan đến thừa kế)
