Quý vị dự kiến nộp đơn xin thị thực lưu trú với mục đích đoàn tụ gia đình như: kết hôn, đoàn tụ vợ chồng, trẻ em đoàn tụ với cha mẹ, hoặc cha mẹ đoàn tụ theo con có quốc tịch Đức, vui lòng lưu ý những thông tin và hướng dẫn sau:

• Trước khi đặt lịch hẹn, quý vị cần đọc kỹ các thông tin hướng dẫn trên trang web của chúng tôi về quy trình xin thị thực và chắc chắn rằng quý vị đã chuẩn bị đầy đủ các hồ sơ cần thiết cho việc nộp đơn xin thị thực.
• Nếu quý vị đặt lịch hẹn sai mục đích xin thị thực lưu trú, đơn xin thị thực của quý vị sẽ không được tiếp nhận và trong trường hợp này quý vị sẽ phải đặt lại một lịch hẹn mới, phù hợp với mục đích xin thị thực trên hệ thống đặt lịch hẹn của Tổng lãnh sự quán Đức.
• Mỗi đương đơn cần phải có một lịch hẹn riêng biệt, kể cả trẻ em.
• Mong quý vị thông cảm, bằng cách áp dụng các quy định trên thì việc cung cấp lịch hẹn một cách hạn chế mới được thực hiện đúng quy định và đảm bảo sự công bằng.
