and in your own interest, make sure that you have all the necessary documents in the required form with you at your appointment.

This saves you time and unnecessary further journeys for the purpose of submitting documents.

The application must be made in person (ie not by proxy). Exceptions are not possible. If an application is filed for a minor, the minor must also appear personally accompanied by both guardians. If one of the two guardians is unable to appear, s/he may issue an authorization for the other guardian and include a copy of his/her passport.

Each applicant requires their own appointment.

Quý vị vui lòng mang theo đầy đủ các giấy tờ được yêu cầu khi đến cuộc hẹn nộp đơn xin hộ chiếu. 

Như vậy quý vị sẽ tiết kiệm thời gian và tránh trường hợp phải bổ sung hồ sơ. 

Đương đơn phải trực tiếp đến cuộc hẹn nộp hồ sơ xin hộ chiếu (không được ủy quyền cho người khác). Sẽ không có bất kỳ ngoại lệ nào trong trường hợp này. Trong trường hợp nộp đơn xin hộ chiếu Đức cho trẻ vị thành niên thì ngoài đương đơn, bố mẹ phải cùng có mặt. Trong trường hợp một trong hai người cha hoặc mẹ không thể có mặt thì cha hoặc mẹ vui lòng ủy quyền (kèm theo bản copy hộ chiếu của người ủy quyền) cho người còn lại đại diện nộp đơn cho trẻ. 

Mỗi đương đơn phải có một cuộc hẹn riêng biệt.
