Dear valued visitor,

On this page you may book an appointment for your visa application for a national visa (more than 90 days). The visa section of the Consulate General in Hongkong is responsible for your application if your habitual residence is in Hongkong or Macao. Applicants from other places (e.g. Shenzhen) need to apply at their competent visa section https://china.diplo.de/cn-zh. They cannot apply in Hongkong.

Important information:

Applications more than six months prior to the first scheduled day of travel cannot be accepted.

Please read the information provided on the website of the consulate general carefully, before booking an appointment. Incomplete applications may have to be rejected or denied. If any documents are missing you will have to book a new appointement.

Please note that every applicant must book a separate time slot. For example a family of 5 has to book 5 time slots if they all want to apply for a visa. Families and groups may book different time slots at one day, but will be interviewed within one time frame if possible.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. In case of being late, you may not be admitted.
