Appointments for Passports and Identity Cards

 

Dear valued visitor,                     

On this page you may book an appointment for the application of a German passport or German identity card.

 

Please read the leaflets provided on our website carefully. Incomplete applications may be denied or refused. We would like to inform you that due to the EU General Data Protection Regulation the Consulate General is obliged to destroy all supporting documents (such as birth certificates and marriage certificates) 5 years after the passport was issued. If your last passport application was more than 5 years ago, you will therefore have to provide all documents even if you have applied for a passport with the Consulate before.

 

Please note every applicant must book a separate time slot. For example a family of 4 has to book 4 time slots if they all want to apply. Families  may book different time slots at one day, but will be processed within one time frame if possible.

Please arrive on time to your appointed timeframe. In case of being late, you may not be admitted.
