Registration to apply for an appointment in order to apply for a visa for a Master's program (for stays exceeding 90 days) - Exclusively for students with a CGPA of 3,7 or above

Dear Sir or Madam,

You are about to make an online registration for applying for a visa appointment for a Master's program Visa at the German Embassy Islamabad. Please note that this category is only available for students who achieved a CGPA of 3,7 or above in their previous Bachelor or Master degree.

During the registration, the CGPA needs to be entered correctly. The Embassy reserves the right to reject applicants on the appointment day who registered themselves with an incorrect CGPA.

Applicants who would like to apply for a visa for a Master's program but who did not achieve a CGPA of 3,7 or above in their previous study degree continue to be allowed to register on our appointment list "Registration to apply for a study or work visa." We will continue to allocate appointments to applicants who are already registered on that appointment list.

Please make sure once again that you have selected the correct visa category. Registrations cannot be used to apply for a different category of visas.

Each applicant needs a separate registration. Group bookings are not possible.

If your registration was successful, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your reference number. As soon as your appointment was allocated, you will receive a second e-mail (appointment e-mail) containing further detail about date and time of your appointment. This e-mail will include two links, one to confirm the appointment, and one to cancel it.  

Appointments are allocated according to the date of registration for the appointment list. If the circumstances require the appointments may also be allocated according to the final grade of the completed Bachelor or Master degree.

The final grade of the completed Bachelor or Master degree will be checked before entering the visa section. If the final grade of the completed Bachelor or Master does not match with the information you have provided, the appointment is forfeit.

While entering your data, please note the following:

• All information must be entered in Latin letters.
• Please enter all your data correctly and without any mistakes, as you will only be admitted to the Visa Section of the Embassy if your name and passport number as entered in your passport exactly match the information provided in your registration.
• Your passport number must be entered in capital letters and numbers, as mentioned in your passport, e.g. KN5120391.
• Please enter your CGPA as it is written in your graduation certificate (e.g. 3,85).

Bookings with wrong or insufficient data (e.g. incorrect passport number, lower CGPA as of 3,7 or not mentioned CGPA) will be deleted.

Please make sure to enter your e-mail address correctly. Otherwise you will receive neither a confirmation e-mail nor an appointment! If the confirmation e-mail is not in your inbox, please check whether it has been sent to your spam/junk folder.
