-Your employer has applied to the competent Foreigners Office for a fee-based, accelerated specialist procedure to obtain advanced approval in accordance with section 81a of the Residence Act and you already have the advanced approval of section 81a of the Residence Act

or

-You are a family member of a specialist who already has the advanced approval pursuant to Section 81a of the Residence Act

If so, please register on this registration list to receive an appointment within three weeks.
