A distinction is made between three different types of financing:

根据不同的经济来源可分为三类：

A)  Finanzierung mit Stipendium aus überwiegend deutschen oder europäischen Mitteln ( > 50 % der Finanzierung des Forschungsaufenthalts) oder durch Arbeitsvertrag mit einer deutschen Forschungseinrichtung / 获得主要由德国或欧洲基金提供的奖学金获得者（超过研究时间经费的 50%），或与德国研究机构签订就业合同者 / funding with scholarships primarily funded by German or European sources (> 50% of the research stay's financing) and funding with employment contracts at a German research institution

B)  Finanzierung mit CSC-Stipendium / 持中国留学基金委奖学金者 / funding with CSC-scholarship

C)  Selbstfinanzierter Aufenthalt / 自费人员 / self-funded research stay

Please note:

If you have reserved a spot on the waiting list under category "A)" without being able to provide the mentioned requirements, your application will be immediately rejected without further review.

请注意：

如果您预订了 "A) "类的候补名额，但无法提供相关证明材料，那么当您前往签证处时，您的申请将被当场拒绝，且并不再进一步审查。

 

Please pay attention to the following information ／预约注意事项:

- The notification with the exact dates of the appointment will be sent to you a few weeks before the appointment. Please make sure that the email address you provided when registering is valid until you attend your appointment. If you change your email address after registering, you will unfortunately have to cancel your existing entry and register again.

包含确切预约日期的通知将在预约前几周发送给您。请确保您注册时提供的电子邮件地址在您正式递交签证申请之前有效。如果您在录入预约等候名单后更改了电子邮件地址，您将不得不取消现有预约并重新登记预约等候名单。

- Due to extremely high demand, the waiting time for an appointment to be made is currently several months. 

由于需求量极高，目前预约等待时间可能长达几个月。

- it is necessary to schedule an individual appointment for each applicant. The “Number of visitors” field may only be used for spouses and children traveling with you.
每个申请人都必须单独在本系统进行预约。“访客人数”字段仅适用于与您同行的配偶和子女。

- the e-mail address has to be valid and working! A confirmation email with the details of your appointment will be sent to this address. A printout of this email has to be shown when entering the visasection for the interview
输入的电子邮件地址必须正确且有效！您将通过此邮件地址获得预约确认函。进入签证处面谈时需出示该确认函的打印件，否则将不被允许进入。

- the confirmation e-mail will be sent within two hours.
最迟两小时内您会收到本馆发给您的确认邮件。

 

Please pay attention to the following information about the visa-procedure／申请签证注意事项:

- all necessary information and documents can be found in the leaflets on the website of the Consulate (www.china.diplo.de) free of charge／
  请浏览德国驻广州总领事馆官网（www.china.diplo.de）上公布的相关签证须知了解申请签证的前提条件。  

- in order to speed up the application process, you are asked to submit a description of your research project (research proposal) and a motivation letter.

为了加快审查过程，请您在递签时同时提交您的研究计划以及动机信。

- incomplete applications will not be accepted; in this case no visa fee has to be paid, but a new appointment has to be scheduled／

  签证资料不完整的申请将不予受理，申请将被退回，无需缴纳签证费，申请人必须重新预约。

 

- all details concerning the applicant have to be filled in according to the passport of the applicant in Roman alphabet／
  填写申请人的信息时只能使用英文字母，且须与其护照上的信息一致。
