Dear Sir or Madam,

 

on the next page you can register for the waiting list for appointments to apply for a visa for an au pair stay or a volunteer placement (FSJ/BFD).

 The waiting time is currently approximately 6-8 months.

 

After successful registration you will shortly receive a confirmation email regarding your booking. Please check to ensure that you have received it (if necessary, also check your spam/junk folder).

 

The message with the exact dates of the appointment will be sent to you approximately three weeks before the appointment. Please make sure that the e-mail address you provided when registering remains valid until the date of the appointment. If you change your e-mail address after registration, you will unfortunately have to cancel your existing registration and re-register. 

All entries must be in Latin letters only.

It is imperative that you enter your data correctly and without errors, as admission to the visa office is only possible if the name and passport number match exactly. If you find out after completing the registration that you have entered data incorrectly, a rectification is no longer possible.

Your passport number must be entered with capital letters and numbers. You can find the passport number in the upper right corner of the biodata page of your passport.

 

Please understand that inquiries regarding your registration cannot be answered due to the heavy workload.

Please note: If you do not want to attend an assigned appointment, please cancel it to minimize the waiting time for everyone. If you do not show up for the appointment without cancellation, you will not be able to re-register on the waiting list.
