Dear Sir or Madam,

please note that the direct booking of a visa appointment for the purpose of family reunion to a

holder of a (permanent) resident permit for Refugees/Asylum holder/Resettlement Programm according to §§22 or 23 AufenthG

is not possible.

On the next page you can register on the waiting list for an appointment to apply for a visa for the purpose of family reunion to the before mentioned family members.

A separate registration must be made for each applicant. All entries must be made in Latin letters only.

After successful registration you will receive a confirmation email shortly. Please check your inbox (if necessary also in the spam/junk folder, the setting should therefore not delete immediately).

Please make absolutely sure that the e-mail address you provided when registering remains valid until you attend the final appointment. If you change your e-mail address after registration, you will unfortunately have to cancel your existing entry and re-register.

The final appointment date will be communicated to you by the UN organisation IOM FAP, which is involved in the visa procedure, after prior consultation with the colleagues there.

في الصفحة التالية ، يمكنك التسجيل في قائمة الانتظار للمواعيد لتقديم طلب للحصول على تأشيرة للهجرة اللاحقة لمجموعة الأشخاص المذكورين.

يجب إجراء تسجيل منفصل لكل متقدم. يجب أن تتم جميع الإدخالات بأحرف لاتينية فقط.

بعد التسجيل الناجح ، ستتلقى قريبًا رسالة تأكيد بالبريد الإلكتروني. يرجى التحقق من استلامهم (ربما أيضًا في مجلد البريد العشوائي ، لذلك يجب ألا  يتم إتلاف الرسائل المستلمة على الفور).

تأكد تمامًا من أن عنوان البريد الإلكتروني الذي قدمته عند التسجيل صالح حتى حضورك للموعد. إذا قمت بتغيير عنوان بريدك الإلكتروني بعد التسجيل ، فسيتعين عليك للأسف إلغاء الإدخال الحالي والتسجيل مرة أخرى.

سيتم إخطارك بالموعد النهائي من قبل منظمة الأمم المتحدة IOM FAP ، والتي تشارك في إجراءات التأشيرة ، بعد التشاور المسبق مع الزملاء هناك.
