Collection of German documents
Please select this category for pickup:
- A German passport/ID card
- German birth certificates
- German marriage certificates
- A German national ID card
- This is not a visa issue, but a German passport/ID card, birth certificate, marriage certificate, certifcate of nationality
- You had actually applied for the relevant document before
- You have been informed by the Embassy that the requested document is ready for collection
- You specify which documents you want to collect and to whose name the documents have been issued
- If necessary, you have documents to submit (e.g. old passport, receipt)
In the next step you will be asked for individuals name that picks up the the documents (e.g. parent), as well as the name to whom the documents)to be picked up were issued (e.g. child).
Only persons with a confirmed appointment will receive access to the Embassy. Any sevices other than the pickup of the German documents will not be dealt with at this appoinmtment.
In the event of improper appointment booking (e.g. incomplete or incorrect data provided, not published on the appointment, other request, appointment booking although no information has been provided about the readiness for collection of the document), the Embassy reserves the right to exclude the appointment for a limited period.
