IMPORTANT:
Please read the relevant information sheet before booking an appointment. 

In this category, appointments can be booked for the following services:

• Copy certification
• Consular certificate
  Application for a certificate of good conduct
• Central register of foreigners (AZR) - Self-disclosure
• Certificate of life
• Pensions issues
• De-registration of German vehicle
• Determination of German citizenship

Für die folgenden Dienstleistungen wenden Sie sich bitte zunächst per Email an die Rechts- und Konsularabteilung der Botschaft (rk(at)kyji.diplo.de):

• Certification of signatur
• Power of attorney
• Decleration of consent (real estate contracts)
• Name decleration (only for German citizens)
• Birth registratione (only for German citziens)
• Marriage registration (only if at least one Spouse is German citizen)
• Declaration of accession to register for a planned marriage in Germany
• Renouncement of inheritance

For the following services, please select the appropriate category in the booking system:

• Application for German travel ID as substitute for lost/stolen passport
• Application and pickup for a German biometric passport
• Application and pickup for a German ID card

Please book an appointment only if you are sure that you will be able to attend. In order to prevent misuse of appointments, the Embassy reserves the right to exclude all persons who did not appear at the appointment for a certain period of time.

If there are no more appointments available at the time of booking, please try again the next day. Access to the premises of the Embassy will only be granted to visitors need to be present. Exeptions are made only for minor children and applicants with who must actually be present at the date.
