Please book an appointment here only if you wish to apply for a national (D) longterm visa (more than 90 days). For a visa for an Au Pair stay  in Germany please register on our waiting lists.

 

1. Please enter all information exactly as shown in your passport and use the Latin alphabet.

2. Please schedule a separate appointment for each applicant.

3. Multiple appointment bookings for the same person will be deleted.

A correction of a mistake in the stored information is not possible. In this case you have to cancel the booking and start again to book an appointment.

For the appointment you can choose a day and a time. Please understand that there are no appointments prior to the showed ones in the system (not even if you call or e-mail). Emails with appointment requests will not be answered.

You have to submit a print out of your booking confirmation at the appointment. If you do not bring the print out, we will not accept your application and you have to book another appointment.

Please do the booking personally and make sure the booking confirmation does not end up in your  spam or junk mail file.

For a smooth service please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. There will be a security check. Please respect the instructions of our security staff.
