Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

on the next page you can register on the waiting list for an appointment to apply for a visa for an Au Pair stay in Germany.

 

Please be sure to check the documents you need to submit on our website www.kigali.diplo.de .

 

Once you have successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation email for your booking shortly. Please check its receipt (possibly also in the spam/junk folder, the setting should therefore not destroy it immediately).

 

The notification with the exact dates of the appointment will be sent to you approx. 3 weeks before the appointment. Please make absolutely sure that the e-mail address you entered when registering is valid until the date of the appointment. If you change your e-mail address after registration, you will unfortunately have to cancel your existing entry and re-register

 

The current waiting times until appointments are available can be found on the embassy website.

 

Please understand that inquiries about your registration cannot be answered due to the high workload. All resources are needed to reduce waiting times.
