Welcome to the appointment booking system of the German Embassy in Copenhagen

 

To book an appointment for a passport/ID card application you need:

- personal data (date of birth of applicant and place of residence)

- a valid email address and telephone number

Before booking an appointment we kindly ask you to carefully read the relevant information related to your application. You can find all necessary information on our homepage www.kopenhagen.diplo.de. Incomplete applications cannot be accepted.

Please book one appointment per applicant. Each applicant has the possibility to file an application for a passport and an ID-card during the same appointment. For several familiy members, please book consecutive appointments, not parallel ones.

Due to seasonal high demand it is possible that all available appointments are already booked. In this case we recommend to check the booking system again on the next working day.
