To pick up your visa, you need to book an appointment.

By offering this appointment booking system the Embassy is able to ensure an orderly process. You also have the benefit to book an appointment that suits you without any unnecessary waiting period and ensuring that not too many people visit the Embassy at the same time.

Please book an appointment only for the service you require. This helps the Embassy to offer appointments in a timely manner. Please book one appointment per applicant. If necessary please book successive appointments.

Due to an increased demand of appointments it is possible that no free appointments are available. We therefore recommend to check the appointmants offered several times.

To avoid unnecessary waiting for you and other visitors, please arrive at the Embassy on time for your appointment and report to security at the entrance.
