Welcome to the appointment booking system of the German Embassy Copenhagen!

For an attestation of your signature (e.g. declaration of approval, application for a police clearance certificate, repudiation of an inheritance, commercial register application) for Germany, you need to book an appointment.

This appointment booking system ensures an orderly process. You also have the benefit to book an appointment that suits you without an unnessary waiting period.

Applications can only be accepted if you provide all the documents listed on our website.

Please book an appointment only for the service you require. If you are unable to keep the appointment please cancel the entry. This will help the Embassy to offer appointments in a timely manner.

Due to an increased seasonal demand of appointments it is possible that appointments are already booked. We therefore recommend not to try and book last minute appointments.

The appointment booking is free of charge and you can easily do it yourself. The booking may also be done by a person of your confidence if you wish so, but the appointment has to kept in person.

To avoid unnecessary waiting periods for you and other visitors, please arrive at the Embassy on time for your appointment and report to security at the entrance.
