Dear Sir or Madam,

On the following pages you can book an appointment in order to apply for legalizations and certifications of copies.

While entering your data, please note the following:

• A separate booking must be made for each applicant. 
• Each person that drops in has to present an identity document (passport or identity card) at the entrance to the embassy.   
• All information must be entered in Latin letters.
• Please enter all your data correctly and without any mistakes.
• Please make sure to enter your email-address correctly; otherwise you will not receive a confirmation email! If the confirmation email is not in your inbox, please check whether it has been sent to your spam/junk folder.
