On the following pages you can register for an appointment to apply for a short-term-visa for other reasons (e.g. Cultural purposes and Artist Visa // Visa for Internship/Training/Language Course // Sports Visa).

Every applicant requires a separate registration!

All boxes of the registration form have to be filled correctly. Applicants with incorrect, wrong or incomplete information will not be granted access to the visa section.

The Consulate General does not offer appointments through agents, advisors or any other service provider. Do not waste your money and time with such intermediaries. We strongly recommend that you book your appointment yourself.

Please refer to the web page of the Consulate General for information on necessary documents.

After your successful registration you will receive two e-mails:

1. Within 120 minutes a confirmation e-mail with your reference number. Please also check your spam e-mails
2. As soon as your appointment is scheduled you will receive an e-mail with the exact date and time of your appointment.

Current waiting time to receive an appointment date: up to 5 weeks

Information for group appointments (only for cultural purposes and sports):

For small groups (fewer than 10 people):
Please register each group member individually using the same email address. If capacity allows, we will endeavor to offer group members an appointment on the same day.

For large groups (10 or more people):
Please contact us at least 8 to 6 weeks before your planned trip by email (info@lago.diplo.de) to request an appointment.
Please attach a letter of invitation from Germany to this email and send us a list of participants in a table as follows:
