IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR YOUR UPCOMING APPOINTMENT AT THE GERMAN EMBASSY LONDON

1. No collection of passports and/or ID cards
Once processing has been completed we will forward your passport or ID cards to you with Royal Mail’s registered “Special Delivery” service. It is therefore important that you provide us - at the time of application - with a self-addressed and pre-paid "Royal Mail Special Delivery” envelope.

2. No cash payments of fees
Payments can only be made by Credit Card or Debit Card (MasterCard and Visa only). American Express, Diners and Maestro cards as well as digital wallet or mobile payments including Apple Pay or Google Pay are not accepted. You must have the actual card with you. The named card holder must be present to sign the debit voucher.
