Schengen visa applications (including visas for airport transit) may only be submitted through our external service provider, TLScontact. Appointments are available from their website.

In exceptional humanitarian cases (death or life-threatening illness of close family members in Germany or similar) and if no appointments are available at the service provider at short notice, please contact us by using our contact form. Please elaborate on the kind of emergency and make sure that you have suitable evidence (medical certificate, evidence of relationship etc.) available. Please make sure to include a phone number which we can use to contact you.
