The appointment which you are about to book is valid to apply for a national visa ( NOT for family reunion, specialty cooks and language course/student visa for Yemeni nationals!)

Yemeni nationals who would like to apply for a language course/student visa are requested to book an appointment under the category „application for language course/student visa for Yemeni nationals” only. Applicants applying for a work visa as specialty chef kindly use the special categorie established for this group. Appointments that are booked under the general category “national visa” while having their own category are not permissible and will generally lead to a rejection of the application or the cancellation of the appointment.

Students with other nationalities are requested to book an appointment here.

Applications for Schengen visas are received by VFS Global. Therefore please do not book any appointments for Schengen visas on this page. If you need a Schengen visa, you will find the necessary information on the VFS website: http://www.vfsglobal.com/Germany/Oman/index.html 

While entering your data, please note the following:

• Schengen visas can be issued for stays of up to 90 days per half year, i. e. for touristic trips, family visits, business trips or for medical treatment. If you plan to stay in Germany or the Schengen area for longer than 90 days per half year, you need a national visa, e. g. for studies, language courses, family reunion or employment.
