Before booking an appointment please look at our website to find all necessary information regarding a national visa: www.germany.info 

Please be aware that you need to book one appointment for every person in your party. Please book only one time slot per person. In case of multiple bookings, all appointments will be deleted without prior notice. Your application will not be accepted in that case. 

Residence visa (study, employment, moving to Germany) usually have a processing time of 4 to 12 weeks.

Please note the following important regulations concerning travel documents/passports:

1.    Its validity has to extend the duration on the visa you are applying for by at least 3 months

2.    It has to contain at least two blank pages

3.    It must have been issued within the previous 10 years. If it has been issued before that, your passport cannot be accepted. That even applies in cases  where the validity has been extended by the authorities of your home country.

If your passport does not meet all of these requirements, you will need to get a new passport before applying for a visa.

Please note that the date format for making an appointment is DD/MM/YYYY.

If you are not able to attend your appointment, please cancel it to allow other customers to submit their application. Once you cancelled your appointment, you will be able to book a new one.
