Please book here only if you want to apply for a family reunification visa. Unfortunately, we cannot process applications for which an appointment has been booked in the wrong category and you will have to make a new appointment.

Please enter all information about the applicant in Latin letters according to the information in the passport. Please make sure that you enter all data completely and, above all, correctly. The e-mail address must be valid, because the appointment confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address given at the time of booking. The booking confirmation must be printed out and brought to the appointment, otherwise the appointment cannot be kept.

For your own safety, do not use visa agencies and their e-mail addresses for booking appointments. If your assigned appointment is lost because an e-mail address (service provider, agency) that is not accessible to you was entered, the loss will be at your expense and you will have to register again. A subsequent correction of information or change of e-mail address is not possible. In this case you would have to cancel the existing booking and make a new one.

The Embassy will give you an appointment depending on the date of registration. Appointment requests can unfortunately not be answered.
