[VFS] National visa for researchers and PhD students and their accompanying family members

Starting March 2025, application documents for visas for research or PhD studies (and possibly simultaneous family reunification) will be accepted exclusively via the external service provider VFS Global and no longer at the visa office of the German Embassy in Beijing.
