Here students (no doctorate) can register in the appointment waiting list B for students with APS procedure at the Visa section of the German Embassy in Beijing. 

It is not possible to submit a visa application at the Visa section Beijing without prior appointment.

 

Students who want to attend a university of music or arts, and have not completed the APS’s C procedure, must register on the appointment waiting lists without APS.

Students who have already traveled to Germany to start a study program but left Germany without finishing it and now want to return to Germany to complete the study program must reregister on the appoinment waiting lists without APS.

Please note:
With effect from 1 March 2023 the entry restrictions for travelers from China which have been in effect since 2020 have been lifted. The former criteria for waiting list A and B have been adjusted accordingly.

 

Please be informed that all those students must register in the appointment waiting list B who do –not- meet the following criteria:

- Admission of a university in Germany for university studies and/or

- Admission to a preparatory college (Studienkolleg)

 

Should you have been admittied to a university for a language course without also having been admitted to a subsequent study program, please register on this list (B).

 

Please make sure to only register on the adequate waiting list. Should you register on multiple waiting lists at the same time, your application might be refused immediately and without further processing.

 

Within 2 hours after your registration you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address ${email} you have provided. Please check your inbox and your spam/junk folder if necessary. Emails received in this folder should therefore not be automatically deleted.

We will confirm your precise appointment (date and time) in a separate email approximately 3 weeks before your actual appointment.Your email address must remain active up until and including the day of the appointment and you must have access to it, otherwise you will be unable to receive confirmation of the appointment or further emails sent by us.

Incorrect data in your registration cannot be changed later on.

 

In the meantime, please refrain from making any enquiries as we will unfortunately be unable to respond.

 

Please note that if you try to register several times by entering wrong information ( e.g. wrong passport number, wrong name or fake telephone number), all these registrations will be deleted automatically by the system. The applicant will not be informed about this.

 

1. Please fill in all details concerning the applicant in letters (no Chinese characters) according to the passport of the applicant
2. Please schedule an individual appointment for each applicant (also for children). Only customers with valid appointment will be granted access to the visa section.
3. Appointments are only available as proposed by the scheduling system; earlier appointments are not possible.
4. Your email-address has to be valid and working! The confirmation e-mail with the details of the appointment will be sent to this address within two hours.
5. All information about the visa procedure and the documents you have to present together with your visa application is available at (https://china.diplo.de).

 

1. 签证申请人的所有个人信息必须以护照为准且用英文字母而非汉字输入。
2. 请为每个申请人（包括儿童！）单独预约。只有预约的申请人才能进入签证处。
3. 预约的日期不得早于系统所提示日期。
4. 提供的电子邮件地址必须正确有效！预约成功后，最迟两小时后您会收到一封确认电子邮件。
