预约信息

1. 签证申请人的所有个人信息必须以护照为准且用英文字母而非汉字输入。
2. 请为每个申请人（包括儿童！）单独预约。只有预约的申请人才能进入签证处。
3. 预约的日期不得早于系统所提示日期。
4. 提供的电子邮件地址必须正确有效！预约成功后，最迟两小时后您会收到一封确认电子邮件。
5. 提交申请前，请参阅德国使馆网站（https://china.diplo.de）了解关于签证申请流程及申请所需材料的相关信息。

办理了专业人才快速入境签证程序的相关信息：

如果您已经按照居留法第81a条办理了专业人才入境签证的加快程序，并已收到德国当地的外国人管理局的预先批准（非德国联邦劳动署的预先批准），若在三周内无法预约面签时间，您可以发电子邮件直接联系签证处。

请用德语或英语将主题为“专业人才入境签证加快程序预约*您的姓名和护照号码*”的邮件发送至 visa@peki.diplo.de，并附上以下信息：

-              全名

-              护照号

-              出生日期

-              可以联系的电子邮件

-              可以联系的电话号码

-              预先批准的扫描件/照片件 （PDF格式或JPG格式）

Here you can book an appointment exclusively for the following visa categories:

-       ICT (intra-corporate transfer)

-       International exchange of staff

-       Specialists, executive staff, managers (as in § 3 BeschV)

-       Short-term quota-based employment (only with pre-approval by the Federal Employment Agency)

-       Recognition of foreign professional qualifications

As well as their accompanying family members applying at the same time (= same day appointment). 

Should you require a visa to take up employment as a skilled worker or a visa of a different category (Blue Card, Skilled worker, Opportunity card, vocational training, qualification analysis, placement agreement), please submit your application online via the Consular Service Portal (https://digital.diplo.de/). Please do not book an appointment on this page/this category. Your application cannot be processed if you book the wrong appointment.

Should you require a visa for a different purpose (e.g. self-employed, Au-Pair, specialty cook, internship), please book an appointment in the “Other National Visa” category.

Booking procedure

1. Please fill in all details concerning the applicant in letters (no Chinese characters) according to the passport of the applicant
2. Please schedule an individual appointment for each applicant (also for children). Only customers with valid appointment will be granted access to the visa section.
3. Appointments are only available as proposed by the scheduling system; earlier appointments are not possible.
4. Your email-address has to be valid and working! The confirmation e-mail with the details of the appointment will be sent to this address within two hours.
5. All information about the visa procedure and the documents you have to present together with your visa application is available at (https://china.diplo.de).

Information for fast-track procedure for skilled workers

If you have taken part in the fast-track procedure for skilled workers (Art. 81a German Residence Act) and have received the written pre-approval of the relevant Foreigners’ Office in Germany (NOT the pre-approval of the Federal Labour Office), you can contact the visa section directly should there be no available appointments within the next 3 weeks.

Please address your mail in German or English with the subject line „Termin im beschleunigten Fachkräfteverfahren [your name and passport number]“ to visa@peki.diplo.de and include the following information:

-          your full name

-          your passport number

-          your birth date

-          your email address

-          your phone number

-          a scan/photo of the pre-approval (as a pdf- or jpg-file)
