Each applicant has to book the appointment individually, e.g. a family of four members has to book four appointments.

Please be aware that your passport number is needed for the booking.

We recommend NOT to use a gmail-address when booking the appointment as confirmation emails tend to be blocked by this provider.

Applications without complete documents will not be accepted.

If you would like to cancel your appointment, please follow the instructions provided in the confirmation email.

Please be on time. In case of delay, you might refused to enter the Embassy.
