Certification of signatures

  Please send a scan of the relevant document prior to your appointment as the Embassy needs to determine if a signature authentication will suffice.

 Examples of documents for signature authentications:

 Declaration of approval: this is for a concluded contract, which was drawn up by a notary public in Germany and only your approval on the existing contract is required in order for it to become effective.

• Entries into commercial registers
• Applications for certificates of good conduct/Police clearance certificates
• Declarations for the revocation of an inheritance
