Certification of signatures

 Please send a scan of the relevant document prior to your appointment as the Embassy needs to determine if a signature authentication will suffice. Kindly e-mail to: konsulat@pret.auswaertiges-amt.de

 Examples of documents for signature authentications:

 

• Entries into commercial registers
• Power of attorney
• Declaration of approval: this is for a concluded contract, which was drawn up by a notary public in Germany and only your approval on the existing contract is required in order for it to become effective.
• Declarations for the revocation of an inheritance
